《国外金属热处理》（双月刊）创刊于1980年，由江西省科学院应用物理研究所、中国热处理行业协会主办。本刊为中国热处理行业协会会刊，是综合介绍国内外材料及热处理新技术、新动向的窗口和媒介。坚持先进性、科学性、新颖性和实用性为办刊方针。本刊坚持为社会主义服务的方向，坚持以马克思列宁主义、思想和邓小平理论为指导，贯彻“百花齐放、百家争鸣”和“古为今用、洋为中用”的方针，坚持实事求是、理论与实际相结合的严谨学风，传播先进的科学文化知识，弘扬民族优秀科学文化，促进国际科学文化交流，探索防灾科技教育、教学及管理诸方面的规律，活跃教学与科研的学术风气，为教学与科研服务。现用刊名：《热处理技术与装备》

General Manuscript Requirements
- Title Page
- Include the title of the manuscript, authors' names, affiliations, and contact information.
- Provide a running title (short title) of no more than 50 characters.
- Abstract
- Structured abstract (Purpose, Methods, Results, Conclusions) with a maximum of 250 words.
- Include 4-6 keywords for indexing purposes.
- Main Text
- Organize the manuscript into sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- Use clear and concise language, avoiding unnecessary jargon.
- Figures and Tables
- Submit high-quality figures (minimum 300 dpi) in TIFF or EPS format.
- Number tables and figures consecutively in the order they are mentioned in the text.
- Provide a brief descriptive title for each table and figure.
- References
- Follow the journal's specific citation style (e.g., APA, Chicago).
- Include only references that are cited in the text.
- Ensure all references are complete and accurate.
- Supplementary Materials
- Submit any additional materials (e.g., datasets, videos) as separate files.
- Clearly label and reference supplementary materials in the main text.
Specific Formatting Guidelines
- Font and Spacing
- Use 12-point Times New Roman font.
- Double-space the entire manuscript, including references and figure captions.
- Units and Symbols
- Use SI units for all measurements.
- Define all symbols and abbreviations at first use.
- Ethical Considerations
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Include statements regarding human or animal research ethics approval, if applicable.
